Shipping policy 

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Different shipping options may impact the delivery time. Expected delivery times may vary depending on carrier, day of week, holiday, time of year etc. or high volumes may also impact shipping times and cause delays. We generally process and ship your standard order placements within two to five business days of order confirmation.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@peekabooplush.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

You can request a return/refund or exchange your item if it is damaged or possibly different from the description. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, however, in most cases, you may need to pay for the shipping charges. If the item is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full amount of the product, minus the shipping costs for the return. 

We are glad to help you with returns on a product(s) if it turns out to be damaged. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shipping@peekabooplush.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Warranty

No, we don’t offer warranties, however please reach out to us for review if any sort of defect is found.
